Kevin Moull is evaluator at the Competence Center for Evaluation Methodologies of the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval). He has 7 years of experience in evaluating German development cooperation in the areas of climate and energy, including climate change mitigation, adaptation, loss & damage, access to green energy and forest protection. His expertise includes applying theory-based approaches and synthesizing evidence in complex evaluations. He has facilitated workshops and panel discussions at several international conferences. He holds an MSc in Environment & Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Courses and workshops

I-c: Evaluation of climate change and development

How can you generate and synthesize evidence to tackle one of the greatest challenges in human history? We will equip you with cutting-edge and climate-responsive approaches and methods to evaluate climate and development interventions from start to finish. The workshop is interactive, using a sequence of lectures and case studies, practical group work and exchanges among instructors and participants.
